After more than 30 years in Berlin, including 10 years with my own studio for photography and design, I am now based in Ladelund (Nordfriesland) - 3 km from the Danish border. I offer bridal styling (bridal makeup & hairstyling) on Ærø (Arrö). My husband is a photographer, so we can make you a very good combination offer for photo & bridal styling. We are regularly on Ærø (Arrö) and know the most beautiful photo locations on this beautiful island with the cute little colorful bath houses on the beach, but also the location where the wedding ceremonies take place in Ærøskøbing. For Ærø (Arrö), you have to bear in mind that we can only get to the island by ferry. The first ferry leaves for Ærø (Arrö) at 7 a.m., so the bridal styling in Marstal or Ærøskøbing can only start at around 8:30 a.m.. If the date for the wedding ceremony is very early, we could come to the island the evening before, but then we would need an extra night's accommodation.
Trial appointment
If possible, I recommend that you make a trial appointment for your bridal styling, during which I will listen to your wishes, ideas and suggestions to ensure that you are completely satisfied. If you are only coming to Ærø (Arrö) for a short time to get married, there is often no time for a trial appointment. That doesn't matter. It's all the more important that we communicate well in advance - usually via WhatsApp. You send me a picture of you and the dress as well as a few pictures of where you like the bridal styling (e.g. Pinterest). That's enough for me to prepare myself well for you - even without a rehearsal. If you do manage a rehearsal, we will need about 2 hours.
Wedding day
On the wedding day, I will come to your home or hotel in Ærø (Arrö) or the surrounding area on the mainland for the bridal styling (and photographer if necessary) so that you can have your wedding styling in a relaxed atmosphere. I bring all the utensils for the bridal styling to Ærø (Arrö) and only use high-quality products from MAC or similar. From experience, you can expect about 2, maximum 3 hours on this day. I am also happy to do the styling for your wedding guests in Ærø (Arrö).
Photo shoot or wedding photos bookable as a complete package
I am also happy to offer you a complete package including photographer on Ærø (Arrö). My husband Karsten will accompany you before, during and after the wedding ceremony and create beautiful wedding photos of the ceremony, the surroundings on Ærø (Arrö), the guests and above all of you as a couple. We create beautiful memories of your wedding on Ærø (Arrö). The photos will be sent to you digitally in color and black and white in full resolution.
